Pat was very helpful through an extremely tough situation. The work completed was very timely and professionally. He was very straight forward and I never felt concerned that we were going to encounter hidden costs or extra expenses. I appreciate all that he has done to help us. Although I know he was working on other “jobs” at the same time he always made me feel that we were his number 1 priority.
